At Jacobs Field, the Plaza faithful were treated to an intriguing pitcher's
duel.  Bartolo Colon(1-0) finally bested his Plaza counterpart, Tom
Glavine(0-1), by the score of 3 to 1.

Colon put on a good performance.  He didn't give up much, just 3 hits and 5
walks in 8 innings.  Santa Barbara ended up with 10 hits for the game while
Plaza had 3. 

Robb Nen got the save, his 1st.  The losing pitcher was Glavine.  He allowed 9
hits and 1 walk in 6 and 2/3 innings.

Garrett Anderson's solo shot in the 2nd put the Outlaws ahead to stay.
