Kelvim Escobar was able to finish what he started and was credited with a
complete game and Torii Hunter had 5 hits at Dodger Stadium as the New
Hampshire Derry Heifers embarrassed the Santa Barbara Outlaws by the lopsided
score of 19 to 2.

Hunter had a big day with his bat.  He launched a rocket-shot out of the park
for a Grand Slam homerun (his 3rd of the season) in the 1st inning, doubled
resulting in a run in the 3rd inning, stroked a one-base hit in the 4th
inning, doubled in the 6th inning and doubled plating two runs in the 8th
inning.  New Hampshire bats were very productive in the 1st inning with 5
runs on 4 hits, the 3rd inning which saw them plate 6 runs on 6 hits and the
8th inning when they had 5 runs on 4 hits.  New Hampshire totaled 23 on the
afternoon.  

The win was credited to Escobar(2-0) who went the whole way allowing 2 runs.
The losing pitcher was Rodrigo Lopez(0-1).
